Lifespring's purpose is that we exist to glorify God by:

• Worshipping Him.
  
• Providing practical ministries to meet the needs of the community with the aim of presenting the Christian gospel and giving opportunities for response to its claims.
  
• Building up the faith of its believers through preaching, teaching, fellowship and spiritually orientated activities (including outreach programmes).
  
• Extending the Kingdom of God by enlisting, establishing, supporting and working with other like-minded ministries and churches.
  
• Having every ministry at Lifespring ultimately existing for outreach.
  
• Equipping, enabling and encouraging Christians to use and develop their gifts for the service of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Church and in our community.
  
• Developing a sense of mutual commitment within the believers (through spiritual growth individually and corporately) resulting in a sensitive and caring environment within the fellowship of Lifespring through the ministry and multiplication of Cells.
  
• Encouraging the work of the body of Christ throughout the world by promoting and actively supporting our community work, other churches, ministries and mission activities.
